The FLS112 Mass Flow Sensor by Flusso is one of the world's smallest flow sensors, designed for seamless integration into various applications demanding precise fluid dynamics management. It has a compact footprint of 3.5 mm x 3.5 mm, allowing for integration in space-constrained environments. The sensor provides highly repeatable mass, volumetric flow, differential pressure, and temperature measurements with a repeatability of 0.5 sccm +0.5% of the measured value. It is capable of sensing flow rates from 0 to ±500 slm or more, with fully temperature-compensated and calibrated outputs for reliable flow signals. With versatile operational modes and customizable features, FLS112 is suited for diverse applications from household appliances to advanced AI systems. Leveraging proprietary T-MEMS technology, it supports scalable and cost-effective production, meeting the demands of both innovation and ecological efficiency.
