The ZQZ-TF mechanical wind sensor is suitable for measuring the horizontal wind speed and direction of the atmosphere near the ground. It consists of a wind speed sensor and a wind direction sensor. The wind cup is formed by special engineering plastic injection molding, and the tail wing plate of the wind vane is made of non-metallic materials with light weight, high strength, good rigidity, and molded under high temperature and high pressure conditions, which improves measurement accuracy and wind resistance strength. The bearing adopts a multi-stage labyrinth dustproof structure, significantly improving the dustproof effect and doubling the cleaning and maintenance cycle of the bearing. This technology has been granted a national patent. The ZQZ-TF mechanical wind sensor has good corrosion resistance and surge resistance, can withstand severe changes in three-dimensional wind fields, and can adapt to complicated environments such as islands.
