By integrating multiple proprietary technologies, this unit effectively mitigates membrane fouling to ensure consistent, stable, and long-term performance.
- High effluent quality: The membrane fiber pore size is evenly distributed, with high filtration accuracy and low turbidity of 1 NTU.
- Low operating energy consumption: The patented slot-type air-gathering pulse aeration technology, the unit water production blow-off energy consumption is lower than 0.1 kw h/m³.
- Strong anti-fouling ability: The membrane fiber has a unique gradient network membrane pore structure, the component is arranged in an orderly filament structure, the three-position water collection system, the pulse high shear aeration structure of the reactor, effectively alleviates the sludge and hair accumulation phenomena during operation, and improves the anti-fouling ability of the reactor.
