Model EC300 -Analysis System

The EC300 is analysis system more compact than the EC020, without refrigerator therefore suitable to measure dehumidified biogas. In case of presence of limited quantities of condensate a separator with a Peltier cell can be used, which has smaller dimensions. The EC300 can be configured for 1-2 cells NDIR, 1-2 electrochemical cells. The typical configuration for biogas / biomethane is for methane 100% and oxygen 25%, carbon dioxide 100% and H2S 2000ppm or a whatever combination between them. In case of measures of high concentrations of toxic gas (e.g. H2S), to avoid the contamination of the cell and to increase its life there are two solutions: the measure in continuous by means of the sample dilution or the measure of the sample for a limited time followed by purge with clean air, by means of remote command by a PLC or by means of electronic timers or by means of a dedicated control unit (in case of scanning of more sampling points).
