GEC AireCell - Modular Cleanroom Wall Panels for Customizable Space Solutions
Gerbig's AireCell® modular cleanroom framing system is engineered for constructing prefabricated hardwall cleanrooms versatile enough to meet various application needs. The system includes wall panels that can accept most ¼” materials, making them an ideal choice whether you’re setting up a laboratory, factory, or any complex environment requiring cleanroom standards. These adaptable panels can also be utilized for partitioning within existing cleanroom setups to maximize your workspace. The panels come in different thicknesses, finishes, and materials such as aluminum, tempered glass, PVC, and polycarbonate. This flexibility allows the panels to be used for diverse applications including traditional cleanrooms, laboratory enclosures, paint booths, sound enclosures, and more. The variety in core materials like fluted polypropylene and honeycomb aluminum further complement the customizable nature of the cleanroom wall panels.

Our adaptable wall panels can also be used to create partitioning within existing cleanroom systems, helping you make the most of your space. Different thicknesses, finishes and materials are available depending on your unique needs. For example:
- Standard aluminum skin panels have a white semi-gloss polyester finish
- Kynar finish and smooth finish FRP panels are available for particularly corrosive environments
- Anodized aluminum skin is available for conductive panels, offering lower surface resistance than polyester
