Multicyclone Separator

This is a dry-type mechanical separator designed for high efficiency. Filtration efficiency for particles of 5 ÷ 10 μm is 90%, while for larger particles the separation efficiency reaches 99%. Muliticyclone is composed of a large number of smaller cyclone separators. cyclone separators are placed in parallel on the support plate in the upper (outlet) mulitcyclone chamber. The easily dismountable support plate allows simple replacement of individual elements (cyclone separators). The lower chamber has a cone-shaped construction for safe discharge of collected material Multicyclone housing is made of steel plate and endures harsh operating conditions and temperatures up 300°C. Thermal insulation is made of mineral wool and aluminum sheet lining.
