SNG model nitrogen generators are composed of one or two adsorption columns. Single column nitrogen generators are offered only for low capacity nitrogen gas demands and when there is no lack of pressurized air source.
In SNG model nitrogen generators ;
- Only Japanese originated CMS ganules are used.
- Only American or European originated high quality valves are used (optional).
- Only solenoid valves with long cycle lifetime are used (optional).
- Only high quality electrical connections and parts are used.
- Inside of each adsorption columns are designed to diffuse air equally inside the column and provide maximum adsorption.
- CMS bedding is designed to minimize crashing and craking inside the column.
- CMS is filled with the help of pressurized air only.
