SeaKeeper - Model 1000 -Ocean Data Collection Sampler
The SeaKeeper 1000 is a self-contained underway sampling system mounted on ships of opportunity–ferries, cruise liners, freighters and research vessels. Using a through-hull pump and deck-mounted meteorological sensors, the SeaKeeper 1000 will autonomously collect water quality and atmospheric data along ocean traffic channels and transmit them to national weather services.
