Model CDV-BT-AVVI -Package Leak Detector

Our CDV-BT-AVVI leak detector is a vacuum chamber controlled by a programmable controller. It will allow you to perform simple test cycles. The vacuum control system is provided by a programmable controller which controls the venturi or the pump depending on the option chosen for the vacuum. This PLC allows to perform test cycles with a vacuum level and a time, determined by the operator.

Our box is equipped to carry out all your tests :
- For packaging containing liquid : dry test

It exists in 3 sizes :
- Cut 2 : 280 x 200 x 200 mm
- Cut 3 : 450 x 300 x 250 mm
- Cut 4 : 500 x 350 x 350 mm
We can also make your box to measure according to your constraints : vertical position, specific openings, chassis…
Vacuum
Two options available :
- Venturi system that connects directly to your compressed air network (4 at 5 bars minimum)
- Integrated vacuum pump controlled by the system.
Options
- Printer for editing a ticket containing the test results.
- Barcode scanner allowing automatic selection of the program according to the product to be tested.
