Eternal - Palletizer
The semiautomatic load former Easypal helps the operator in manually building a stack by keeping a constant paletization level from the floor thus reducing the effort to lift the batches to places it onto the stack.

The machine is made of a steel structure placed in a pit. The operator builds the layer by using as working support the base conveyor or the top of the last layer he has just build.

There are two models: EasyPall and EasyPall Plate. EasyPall Plate is equipped with a motor driven controlled pallet to release the operatives from raising up the pile.

Two pile height: 1800 mm and 2400 mm, right and left operating sides.

The maximum workable size is 1600x1600 mm, the maximum pile height is 1800 mm and 2400 mm.

EasyPall and EasyPall Plate can be used with empty pallet.
In both configuration EasyPall or EasyPall Plate, the lift when empty can automatically receive the pallet from another inline motorized conveyor or a pusher in case of 90° configuration.
The empty pallet can be dispensed over the optional motorized conveyor or pusher (in case of 90° configuration) from two different type of automatic dispensers, model CB04 or CB07 those machines have the function to release one empty pallet at time from a pallet stack. (see dedicated catalogue)
