The key components include a TSE series twin-screw extruder with vacuum degassing capabilities, a specially designed filter enabled by roots pumps, and an underwater auto strand pelletizing system. This system includes an auto guiding flume, underwater pelletizing cutter, centrifugal spin drier, and vibrating screen, all controlled via PLC for precision. The output, catering to a variety of applications, benefits industries focused on fibers, bottles, sheets, straps, and non-woven fabrics.
