When it comes to the treatment of industrial waste water, pH control is essential to making your process work correctly. Our dissolved air flotation systems have been equipped for years now with PLC pH control systems, and we are proud to deliver this same technology to our customers in a standalone package. Many times our PLC based controllers are cheaper than stand alone controllers with much less capability.
Using a PLC to control pH adjustment allows for greater flexibility in control methods as opposed to traditional standalone pH controllers. Operator interface is greatly simplified through the use of color touch screen displays.
Because of the custom nature of our programming, we can offer single direction control or two-way control depending upon operational needs. The ability to vary dosing according to flow rate is also possible. Batch treatment or continuous flow processes are supported.
