Eternal - Model PT3200 -Pile Turner
This machine is an automatic pile turner (stack inverter) system for turning loads able to invert up side down the products filled in. It is fast and rugged, and controlled by an independent electrical cabinet with PLC on board, that will let the operator use the machine in automatic or manual mode.
Automatic cycle description:

A set of motorized rollers can receive the loads from others existing conveyors (not included) moving the stack in to the internal front wall, here the machine automatically detect the load and the upper rollers are moving down up to the top of the products, here a set of mechanical sensors will reach the stack and let the rotation start.

The rotation is powered by two motors controlled by inverter so the complete movement will be smooth and fast in the same time.

Just reached the final rotation position the rolls that before was up now are in the opposite position and a motor controlled by inverter will move these rolls down to the downloading position, here the rolls will start downloading the stack and just out the rotation will start again moving all the parts in the loading position, ready for a new cycle.
