With over six decades of experience manufacturing oil and gas pipes, CNPC offers multiple models and specifications of steel and petroleum pipes. The company`s steel pipe portfolio includes spiral seam pipes, straight seam pipes, elbow pipes, drag-reduction inner coating of steel pipes and steel pipe exterior anti-corrosion products. Its petroleum pipe portfolio includes drill pipe making, inner coating of petroleum pipes, and nondestructive tests of drill pipes and oil pipes. Our straight and spiral seam steel pipes have been 5L-certified and pumping units have been 11E-certified by the API (American Petroleum Institute).

- Wall Thickness: 6.4 - 23.8mm (0.252 - 0.94in) at X80 steel grade; 6.4- 26.4mm (0.252 - 1.04in) at X70 steel grade. With more inferior material, the wall thickness may be increased on a case-by-case basis.
- Product Standards: ISO3183-3, API Spec 5L, GB9711, etc.

Oil Tubing
Precision NC machines are used to make threads with parameters 20% stricter than API standards. Certified as per API Q1 and ISO9001:2000, these products feature resistance against thread gluing and detachment, and excellent sealing.
Casing
Precision NC machines are used to make long round threads, short round threads, buttress threads and special threads on our casing products. Advanced thread screwing techniques ensure joint strength and the best torque. An automatic weighing and length measuring and identification system delivers product traceability and facilitates management and recording. Automatic airless spraying gives an evenly thick coating that satisfies the anti-corrosion requirements of the products.
