Motor Optional

• Power supply: standard in 3 phase/50Hz/380, 4 poles motor.
• 60Hz, single phase, 440V or other voltage motor available.
• Enclosure of protection, IP55, Insulation, class F, IEC standard.
• Other motor options: explosion proof motor and variable frequency motor.

Flow Adjustment

By the manual micrometer.
By the variable frequency motor together with the inverter or other variable speed drive.

Cooling or Heat Jacket Available.

If there is a special request for the liquid cooling or heat, a special jacket can be provided by SIKOPUMP.
So, the liquid temp can be controlled accordingly.
There are inlet and outlet onside the pump head for the heating or cooling liquid, gas or steam in and out, which makes the pump heat or cooling easy.

• Accuracy: ± 1% of rated flow from 30% to 100% stroke.
• Maximum temperature of pumped liquid: 100?.

• Plunger/piston metering pump design.
• SS304, SS316 and SS316L liquid-end material, suitable for high pressure chemicals.
• Pump plunger is oxide ceramic or SS316 with special oxide ceramic spray coating.
• Oil bath gear lubrication eliminates the maintenance required by auxiliary oil systems.
• Lockable micrometer stroke, adjustment can be adjusted while pump is running or stopped.
• Special application for high temp or low temp is available with cooling jacket or heating jacket.
• Together with the variable speed drive, the automatic operation is achieved.
• Plunger seal is PTFE compressed by SS316 gland ring to grantee the high pressure.
• Duplex or triplex heads are available. Multiplex gear box with one motor drive.
