The Plasma-Superartic 250 Touch is a certified medical-grade plasma freezer designed to store frozen plasma and blood products at temperatures ranging from -30°C to -40°C, adhering to Directive 93/42/EEC class IIa and its amendments. With a capacity of 280 liters, it features a touchscreen electronic controller for precise temperature management and real-time monitoring, including data and alarm recording even during power outages due to its independent DMLP Touch module with a backup battery. Engineered for efficiency, it is equipped with solid doors, enhanced insulation, and intelligent defrosting mechanisms that reduce downtime and prevent ice formation. The unit uses R290 refrigerant, providing an efficient energy consumption rate of 6 kWh/24h and operates with a noise level below 55 dBA. The robust construction includes a monocoque design with 18/10 Aisi 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. Connectivity options such as LAN, MODBUS TCP/IP, and optional GSM and Wi-Fi modules ensure remote monitoring and control, enhancing operational reliability across various medical environments.

PLASMA-SUPERARTIC medical devices comply with the international standards in force and and include a Touch controller with graph and independent DMLP Touch module with backup battery for data recording and alarms, even in the absence of power, external contacts for their remote control and RJ45 port, product temperature simulation probe and electric lock for access control.
The solid door and the increased insulation thickness, guarantee the most efficient performance, while the intelligent defrosting and automatic evaporation of condensation water, avoid unit downtime and ice formation. Fiocchetti plasma banks are Medical Devices complying with Directive 93/42/EEC (class IIa) and its amendment 2007/47/EEC and are registered in the MD Repertoire of the Italian Ministry of Health. They also comply with DIN 13277 and 2011/65/CE (RoHS).

7" FULL TOUCH SCREEN ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
Microprocessor controller with FULL TOUCH SCREEN 7" interface for displaying all the dynamic values of the device, with 0.1°C resolution and ±0.3°C accuracy.
As standard, it includes temperature and alarm recording and it simultaneously displays multi-trace real-time graph, current temperature and set-point (editable), alarm limits (editable), energy consumption and battery status.
Door with 3 slots for: SD card with data history, USB port for system download and update, SIM card slot (for GSM module, as optional).
Further features: integrated Web Server for LAN (RJ45) and MODBUS TCP/IP network connection, anti-freeze and anti-overheating safety device, and dry contact for remote alarm signal
The medical devices destined to the storage of blood, plasma and blood components offer an electric digital lock accessible by an optional, generic user, or single dedicated password, the DMLP TOUCH module for independent recording of temperatures and of any alarm condition (even during power failure), a sensor to simulate product temperature and an external terminal board for dry contact and RJ45 port. The devices can always be upgraded with further accessories such as GSM and Wi.fi, and supervised by local or Cloud based monitoring systems.
Acoustic and visual alarms, mutable, will be triggered by any anomaly condition even during power failure thanks to supplied buffer batteries. The events are automatically recorded along with date, time, type of alarm, duration and highest temperature reached.
