Autmix Autofloc - Polymer Preparation System
The Autofloc system by Autmix is designed for the preparation of polymers through particle agglomeration in suspension. It features a versatile dosing process, adaptable to various polymer forms such as powder, dissolution, or a combination thereof. The system operates with capacities ranging from 500 to 15,000 L/h, equipped with two to four compartments and a polymer diffuser intended for effective humidification. It incorporates an autonomous PLC system that manages agitator activity based on flow levels, facilitating the polymer chain creation through a robust mixing system. The system offers advantages such as polyelectrolyte savings and optimal hydration, along with thorough mixture homogenization. An integrated electric control panel aids in process monitoring and adjustment. The Autofloc® is adaptable for powdered, emulsion, or mixed polymer types, equipped with a continuous feeding system, variable mixer speeds, and optional HMI control panels. It complies with international standards to ensure quality and performance in diverse industries.
In relation to the general characteristics, the operating capacity is between 500 to 15 000 L/h. It has two to four compartments with a polymer diffuser for its humidification and an autonomous PLC instrumentation system in order to start or stop the agitators according to the flow level; a mixing system with agitators that allows the creation of the polymer chain and, finally, it has an automatic and continuous power supply.
In addition, among the benefits of the Autofloc® system we can mention: the saving of the polyelectrolyte and its maximum hydration as a result of the process; the homogenization of the mixture; the equipment with an electric control panel for direct passage or dosing of the process.
