As far as functionality they are similar to Stationary Compactors in that they work in conjunction with a detachable `receiver container` that is heavily reinforced in order to be able to withstand the tremendous force that is exerted from a Bulk Crusher (versus that of a Stationary Compactor). The Bulk Crushers / Compactors are designed to produce tremendous force for crushing almost anything that is typically diverted from the normal waste streams such as construction refuse, appliance, Waste_Recycling_Articles.htms and other similar bulky items. In addition, one of the most important features is the corrugated floor and sides which not only helps add strength, but also helps to prevent refuse from lodging under the ram.
