The pressure pipes between the turbine and the "first open water surface" upstream of the turbine are called penstocks. The most important feature of the penstock is that it is pressurized. Pressurized tunnels or shafts also fall within this definition. We manufacture Tees, Branches, Elbows, Reducers and Dams. Our productions are made with Submerged Arc welding technique and undergo ultrasonic test controls.
