Introducing PrismaXRM: a breakthrough 3D X-ray microscope (micro-CT) system, with leading spatial resolution capabilities reaching down to 0.5 um for 3D tomography (voxel size down to below 60nm). PrismaXRM not only provides the highest image quality and resolution of any micro-CT on the market, but has made a major advancement in the field of x-ray physics by integrating a novel tri-contrast imaging approach that acquires three contrasts (absorption, Subresolution Darkfield™, and Quantitative Phase™) simultaneously. The added contrast mechanisms provide information that has never been seen - including hidden defects (cracks and voids) and quantitative information on density to improve segmentation.
