HAAGE - Pulp Breaker
The HAAGE pulp breakers are used to defiber the pulp for analysis in laboratories of the paper industry as well as for the production of test sheets in the HAAGE sheet formers . The HAAGE impactors comply with leaflet V/4/61 of the Association of Pulp and Paper Chemists and Engineers as well as ISO 5263.
The whipping device consists of an elegant stainless steel stand, the built-in whipping unit with drive motor, shaft and three-blade propeller as well as the round acrylic container (metal container as an option) for holding the pulp suspension.
In the inner surface of the side wall of the container there are 4 spiral-shaped square ribs, which extend over half the circumference of the container in accordance with the standard. The transparent container allows a visual inspection of the impacting suspension during operation. It can be easily inserted and removed. The propeller runs in the geometric axis of the impact container and, like the other components, corresponds to the standard dimensions.
