- Go-no-go hydrocarbon filter element filters rainwater below 10ppm hydrocarbon content. This allows for unmonitored draining of rainwater as the filter will automatically stop discharge flow when filled with hydrocarbons. Meets EPA Regulation 40CFR112.7.
- Tough enough to be used in all climates and locations, the filter casing is constructed of rugged anodized aluminum and includes molded rubber caps.
- Quick clip bands around the filter casing allow the filter to be easily changed in just minutes.
- The ball valve and sight glass allow an operator to observe when the filter element is full of hydrocarbons thereby indicating a change needed in the filter media.
- Eight foot chemical hose allows the filter to be installed away from the berm and in a lower position ensuring easier gravity drainage.
- Camlock connectors on the filter element, sightglass and chemical hose allow for quick and easy installation.
- Anodized aluminum filter housing with rubber molded caps, quick clip bands and a camlock inlet
- ¾” (1.9 cm) ball valve sight glass assembly with camlocks
- ¾” (1.9 cm) bulkhead fitting to install the RainDrain on any berm (optional)
