BLOTrix - Model R-Series -Rapid Reader

The R Series – is the bigger brother of the C-Series. The system is suitable for medium-sized laboratories and larger practices and processes up to 15 individual test strips, 12 cassette tests or 12 panels tests (depending on the size of the tests). The R Series is prepared for COVID-19 Tests.

The R Series – of the series Compakt Reader R and C are calibratable systems. This means that the measured data can also be quantitatively evaluated. We have carried out studies with manufacturers of diagnostic tests in which we were able to show that the band intensities are in relation to the concentrations used. Here, standards can be used to detect concentrations of substances in liquids. In the second generation of rapid tests, in medical diagnosis and drug screening, this is a decisive advantage over systems with qualitative „yes/no“ diagnostics.
