SU - Rubber Lined Pumps

Horizontal Rubber lined pumps are specially developed for handling 33% HCL, Effluents, Brine solutions, Chlorine content solutions etc. In case of Rubber lined pumps the Casing /Impeller /Stuffing box/ Adaptor are Cast Iron Rubber lined as they come in contact with the Pumped Liquid. The Base plate is partially Rubber lined so that even if the Pumped Liquid falls on the Base plate, it will not Corrode. Vertical submerged pumps can also be supplied in Rubber lined construction in which case the Submerged components are Rubber lined from the Inside and Outside. In certain applications the submerged shaft is Teflon coated.
