Pneumafil has broad experience in designing and building high quality rugged enclosures for military and aerospace programs. Our capabilities include: Fabricated cabinets, Machined cabinets, Build-to-print or custom designed, EMI/RFI shielding, Thermal management (using air or water), Shock, vibration, and seismic environments, Cable management.
We can produce single or multi-bay floor-standing units, desktop cabinets, and small enclosures in styles and finishes tailored to suit your specific requirements. Plus we offer con-current engineering capability using advanced parametric design and mechanical simulation software.
COTS-Type Enclosures
Pneumafil has developed a system of pre-engineered and tested components and manufacturing techniques for building enclosures that feature:
- Rugged all-welded construction
- Quick fabrication
- Considerable versatility in design
- Much lower cost than custom-built units
This "Modified COTS" approach provides many of the benefits normally associated with custom designed units, including ability to withstand shock and vibration, EMI/RFI shielding, and thermal management capability.
Also, Pneumafil can provide the Langley machined enclosure design. The Langley design represents 35 years` experience in designing and building enclosures for severe environments.
