DYNATEK's EconoLoader™ presents a highly adaptable screw conveyor solution, crafted to meet the demands of loading applications across diverse industries. This conveyor system supports numerous construction materials, including carbon and stainless steel, and offers various specialized design elements like unique troughs, flighting, and edge treatments, as well as hardened, UHMW plastic-coated, or wire brush-edged augers. The loader's engineering permits efficient handling of powders and bulk materials while maintaining durability and efficiency, making it an essential tool for bulk loading operations. Its extensive reach, from 22 to 27 feet, and a load rate reaching up to 7,500 cubic feet per hour, support a range of applications, from truck loading to railcar loading. The system includes advanced control features with a NEMA 4 control panel and movable arms driven by hydraulic or electromechanical mechanisms, ensuring precision and ease of use. Additional features like retractable loading spouts, customizable control panels, and wear-resistant chutes further enhance the system's versatility and performance.
DYNATEK’s auger or screw conveyor-based EconoLoader™ features the design versatility required to accommodate loading applications in almost any industry. Carbon or stainless steel construction, special trough designs, special flighting and pitch designs, hardened augers, augers finished with UHMW plastic or wire brush edge treatments and more. It’s this design versatility which enables DYNATEK to create articulated load-out conveyors for almost any powder or uniformly-sized bulk material and we’ve been doing it for years.
