Transmisie -Â Model TE-ZD -Screw Conveyor
A screw conveyor is designed for hygienic, enclosed transport of various material such as screenings, gravel, sand, sludge and similar solids. The conveyor structure allows them to be installed in a horizontal, vertical or inclined position.
Conveyor screws can either feature a shaft or have a shaft-less design. The conveyor body is made of a pipe or an enclosed channel either clad with a special, abrasion-proof plastic or with special abrasion-proof lining.
Depending on customer requirements, the conveyors are fitted either with a single or several feeder and discharge hoppers.
These conveyors are also suitable for outdoor use and can be fitted with electrical heating and thermal insulation. They are normally controlled in auto mode, depending on how they run (fine screens, sludge centrifuge, etc.) and on timing.

- Standard conveyor length: up to 25,000 mm
- Incline / work position: 0- 90°
