Transmisie - Model TE-ZL -Screw Press

Our screw presses include the TE-ZL-P with a washing pump that reduces organic substance ratio in screenings up to 90% and screening volume and weight up to 86%.

The press features a standard washing water distribution, controlled by solenoid valves.

The press can be fitted with several hoppers, if required.

Screenings can be transported by conveyors or fall directly from the screens. Washing water reduces the screening to organic substances in the hopper. Treated screenings are transported to a container via a conical pipeline, while washing water returns to the channel with the organic substances. The entire process is automatic.

Screw presses are normally controlled in auto mode.
