Wonderfil - Model Wonderbrush -Self-Cleaning Brush Filter
WONDERBRUSH are self-cleaning mesh filters with an automatic brush cleaning system, which regenerates the filter element in a few seconds without the need for external intervention. The robust nylon brushes remove the impurities retained by the filter element, completely regenerating it without interrupting the flow of the outgoing clean water, to ensure the constant operation of the system. They are ideal filters for the treatment of water with suspended solids, even coarse ones, of various nature and are mainly used in industrial processes and also for the treatment of water from wells, canals and rivers.
The wide range of filtering elements, in PES or AISI 316 stainless steel allows for different degrees of filtration from 3000µm up to 80µm.
WONDERBRUSH are delivered complete with valves, pressure gauges and control unit.

- WONDERBRUSH’s automatic filter cleaning system consists of 3 sturdy nylon brushes installed on a stainless steel shaft that rotates driven by an electric motor managed by the control unit.
- The washing is activated when the pre-set differential pressure threshold is reached or it can be adjusted at pre-set time intervals. The rotating brushes remove the impurities on the walls of the filter cartridge, completely regenerating the filter without the need to intervene manually.
