The KTB E PLUS electric bundling machine has been continuously developed by Komax. The intelligent gripper fixture automatically detects the cross section of the inserted wire set and adjusts the required belt length, reducing setup time to a minimum during product changeovers. Individual process parameters can be set via the machine''s control panel, enabling flexible and efficient work. In manual mode, up to five different programs can be stored. Compared to manual insulation, the machine saves over 60% of the production time. The KTB E PLUS guarantees consistently high quality and is therefore the perfect solution for subcontractors producing wire harnesses for the automotive industry.

The KTB E PLUS has a processing time of approx. 1.8 seconds and thus enables production time savings of over 60% compared to manual insulation.
Your individual process parameters can be set via the control panel, enabling flexible and efficient operation.
The amount of adhesive tape required can be calculated thanks to the programmable number of windings. In addition, the material cost is 80% lower compared to heat shrink tubing.
The maintenance intervals are displayed automatically. The oiling of the cutting blade is also automated.
