Model Hydrooil Mini -Separators

SHARE

HYDROOIL MINI is being used to treat rainwater and wastewater contaminated with petroleum products, grease, oils, sand, dust, mud and more. This sludge trap is suitable for purifying small amounts of liquids. It is suitable for underground parking, car repair shops, car washes, etc. HYDROOIL MINI is made of spirally wound polyethylene pipes and extruded plates welded with a hand extruder.

APPLICATION

The liquids enter the HYDROOIL MINI through the inlet pipe. There is a welded deflector at the end of the pipe, which reduces the dynamic effects of the liquid on the facility, helping for more efficiently precipitation of the solid particles that the liquid carries. The liquid contains drops of fat, oils and other petroleum products, which begin to linger on the surface of the coalescent filter. They gradually merge and begin to rise because they have a lower volumetric weight, and the filter does not leak them due to its fine mesh structure. In this way, the liquid that passes through the box and the outlet pipe is purified.

QUALITY

HYDROOIL MINI is being manufactured according to the BDS EN 858 standard. HYDROOIL MINI is class E according to its reaction to fire. The facility is tested and has the necessary documents guaranteeing its quality.

?FFICIENCY

The system is based on physical laws of fluid mechanics and hydrodynamics. Excellent coalescent filter - fine purification through geotextile sheath and polyethylene mesh. Deflector reducing the dynamic effects on the facility and helping the effective precipitation of solid particles (sand, mud, etc.).

INSTALLATION

An excavation is made for the installation of the respective sludge trap. To observe the natural slope of the soil at a depth of up to 3.5 m, and to strengthen the excavation at a greater depth. If the soil is weak, it should be strengthened by appropriate methods. In case of high groundwater and danger of surfacing, the necessary measures must be taken (drainage of the trench, drainage, strengthening of the facility against surfacing, etc.) and the necessary calculations must be made. 2) The bottom of the trench is being compacted very well. 3) A sand cushion (well compacted) or a concrete overlay is made, depending on the size of the facility and the load. 4) The facility is being laid in the trench. 5) The excavation is being filled by compacting in several stages by 40-50 cm. Soil with suitable grain size or large fraction of sand is being used. Work carefully with a combination of coarse sand fraction and mixed gravel fraction in order not to damage the facility. The requirements of BDS EN 1610 must be observed during the installation of the equipment.
