SU - Sewage Pumps
SU Submersible Sewage Pumps are of close coupled construction comprising of a single stage centrifugal pump with a non type impeller and high torque squirrel cage induction motor. They are specially designed for drainage of effluents and all types sludge with up to 10% solids content. These pumps are primarily used for pumping sewage, digested sludge and industry effluents. SU Submersible Sewage Pumps are generally used for wet sump application. A guide bar system is provided for use in the wet sump, which simplifies the installation and it’s removal for cleaning, maintenance and repairs.

Motors are squirrel cage induction motors with built in thermister protection andclass “F” insulation
The impeller’s are single/double or multi vane with semi open non – clog design
Impellers can be provided with an agitator or cutter to agitate and shred and then pump the mixture
Impellers are in CF8M / NiCl / WCB or Nihard
Motor has an extra overload inbuilt capacity
Monobloc design
Can handle solids up to 100 mm
