Atara - Shaftless Out-loading Conveyor

This type of conveyor is usually composed of various slide gates at its outlet chute. It is used to convey the material in a progressive way, from one outlet chute to another by closing and opening the slide gate valves intermittently. At first, the material is transported to the first opened chute and falls into a bucket to form a pile until it reaches the predetermined height. Then, the material will be directed to the successive chutes up to the optimal loading of the bin.
