The raw material is fed from top of granulator, after degas, forced feeder transport the raw material into feeding port of two compactors, two compactors rotate in same speed at converse directions, raw material is forced compacted to flake shape by high pressure, and will drop out of compactors by it’s gravity. The flake product then enter breaker and granulator to get dispersed and then enter sifter to get classified. Qualified granule product is transferred to storage silo or directly get packed, unqualified product is re-cycled back to forced feeder to get compacted again. Compacting pressure is generated by hydraulic pressure system, and it is available to be adjusted. There are several kinds of product shape are available for choice by replacing compacting roller surface, such as flake shape, irregular shape, strip shape, olive shape and oblate spheroid shape
