The mode of operation is plain and simple: Sludge passes through bags that operate as filters withholding most of the dry solids and letting water through. When full, the bags are closed and stored in open space while the drainage process continues.

After a few days of storage and drying, the dry and stabilized sludge that lies in the bags can be used as a soil improver for agricultural purposes.

To enhance the drainage process, flocculating agent is mixed with the sludge prior to entering Eurobag. Eurobag is offered in configurations of 2, 3, 4 or 6 bags and they are entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304 (or AISI 316 upon request).
