Solartex - Retroshield

Retroshield is fire-retardant polyethylene building insulation blanket featuring two highly polished aluminium foil surfaces. Used in commercial and residential buildings, it can be installed into walls, roofs, ceilings and floors as a vapour barrier and insulation blanket all in one. It is a clean, safe, fibre-free material designed to replace conventional fibre based batts and building insulation blankets. Retroshield is manufactured without the use of toxic or reactive adhesives, making Retroshield extremely durable over time. Retroshield does not have an anti-glare surface and may not be suitable for some external applications where installers may require anti-glare protection.
