4. Repetition: The cycle of deprotection and coupling is repeated for each subsequent amino acid in the desired peptide sequence. The machine precisely controls each step to ensure high yield and purity.

5. Cleavage and Purification: Once the entire peptide sequence is synthesized, the peptide is cleaved from the resin support and deprotected. The crude peptide is then purified, typically using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) or other purification methods.
