LIPCO - Model Type SB-020 -Sorting System

Due to the ever-increasing demands of the trade, it is becoming increasingly important that the fruit is large and of impeccable quality. Only then can a higher price be achieved. Effective pre-sorting of the harvested fruit is therefore becoming ever more crucial. LIPCO sorting systems play a vital role in this process. With this equipment, required quality criteria in terms of size, shape, and firmness can be variably set and met. Damaged or undersized fruit falls through the round belts and is removed laterally via conveyor belts. Four sorting and calibration stages are possible. The support belts are adjustable for sizes from 18 to 28 mm. The width of the round belts can be precisely adjusted using interchangeable spacers.
