Vitrac - Model SP200-60 -Sprayer

Amongst other features, the SP200-60 sprayer stands out for its compact structure, its 200 litre capacity and its powerful fan. Due to its minimal weight and overhang, when attached to the loader it is a practical, manoeuvrable and efficient solution on extremely steep terraced slopes. The fan and the metal frame are manufactured in stainless steel, while the tank is made from PE.

Centrifugal fan

The centrifugal fan was developed specifically for implement requirements on lower-lying vineyard terrain.

Intuitive Control

The sprayer is controlled by a multi-function joystick by means of which the operator can adjust air quantity, activate individual nozzles and direct the fan.

Quick change of accessory units

The innovative slope-tool carrier has been developed so that you can change these units quickly and effortlessly: After installing the support feet, only the fixing bolt needs to be removed and the hydraulic and electric connections disconnected. The rear centre-bolt also allows for quick, uncomplicated attachment of the accessory unit.

Innovative nozzle system

This sprayer is fitted with an innovative activator for each nozzle, allowing you to aim and adjust the spraying fluid to the vegetation. The standard model comes complete with two nozzle holders, and three-nozzle holders are available as an optional.

Hydraulic fan adjustment

The fan can be pivoted 20° to the left and right in order to ensure efficient spraying even on steep slopes. With the optional angle sensor, the operator can limit the angle of rotation and switch the nozzles on or off automatically depending on the angle.

High-quality and easy to maintain

The pump, and all valves and filters, are aligned with the tank, and are thus easily accessible. This saves you time and effort during mounting, repairs and maintenance.

All parts of the sprayer are produced in high-quality materials and supplied by reputed manufacturers.

Planned down to the smallest detail

The clear water tank is installed low down in the rear in order to lower the centre of gravity and keep the outer dimensions down. The entire sprayer can be mounted and demounted by hand in just a few minutes - no tools required.
