Malaxy - Thread Cutting Screws

MALAXY supplies high-quality thread cutting screws manufactured to DIN 7516, ANSI/ASME B18.6.4, and ISO 1478/2702 standards. Features cutting flutes and chip cavities that remove material to form precise mating threads during installation. Available in Type F (machine screw thread, blunt point, multiple cutting edges) for castings, heavy sheet metal, structural steel, and Type BF/BT (spaced thread) for plastics, asbestos, and similar materials. Materials include case-hardened carbon steel (core hardness 25–40 HRC, case hardness 50–60 HRC), stainless steel 304, 316, and 410. Multiple head styles: hex washer head, pan head, flat countersunk head, and hex head. Widely used in automotive assemblies, electronics enclosures, HVAC systems, industrial machinery, cast iron components, and plastic parts where chips are acceptable. Custom lengths and OEM supported.
