OptoModel IM-profile M -Transmitted Light Digital Microscope Modules

SHARE

The Opto IM-profile are characterized by the only 40mm wide U-shaped all-aluminum housing. They can be equipped with different optics and camera technology and thus function as: IM-profile M as a compact transmitted light microscope for biomedicine. Our microscope as vision sensor. With a width of only 40mm, our IM is ultra-compact, has implemented the standard interfaces GigE or USB 3.1, is available with 5x, 10x or 20x magnification in monochrome or color. It is a high quality inverted machine vision microscope, perfectly suited for machine integration, as well as for pathological scanning of slides, microfluidics, flow cytometry, etc. Program with Python, take the Plug&Play integration in LabVIEW or use the free OptoViewer included in the package - you have the choice which software integration is best suited for your application. Everything from Opto, everything from one source.

The Profile Projector Imaging Module is a compact, telecentric imaging and projection module that provides a distortion-free, perfectly telecentric profile image of a component.

With its high magnification, the Profile Projector module is particularly suitable for the profile measurement of needles, implants, special microscrews or microtools.

Its extremely compact design makes it suitable for a wide range of integration options, including inline integration, robotic arm integration or deep machine integration.

Ultra-compact telecentric module for online measurement.

Compared to a standard microscope, the difference in size becomes clear.

When displayed on a monitor, i.e. a camera image, there is no difference in quality.

IM•profile M may only have a fixed magnification, but the fixed optical parameters guarantee a much higher reproduction of the image quality and repeatability of their measurements.

Moreover, two imaging modules are readily available for the budget of a large standard microscope - these in turn are optimized for their corresponding inspection task.

The IM-profile M transmitted light digital microscope from the Opto Imaging Module family is perfectly suited for microfluidic experiments.

With the included OptoViewer software, single cells or droplets can be automatically detected, tracked, velocity measured and volume determined or read out inline.

All Plug&Play, All embedded, All-in-One.

The color fidelity and 20x magnification of the IM-profile M are perfect for automating blood analysis systems.

With the integrated transmitted light and the adapted condenser, we achieve optimal contrast for detailed imaging of microorganisms.

The number and morphology of the contained erythrocytes, leukocytes and thrombocytes allow conclusions about iron deficiency, but also leukemia diseases.

The compact, robust design enables space-saving integration into an overall system - such as a lab-on-a-chip solution here.

Based on a droplet separation with a RayDrop module from Secoya, as well as a pump arrangement from Fluigent, an IM-profile M (5x magnification) is integrated into a complete microfluidic experiment as a documentation tool with counting function.
