The trommel screen is a high-efficiency screening device specifically designed for separating small-sized, high-density heavy materials. The ZAECOTECH trommel screen is a common piece of equipment in solid waste sorting lines. Composed of a motor, reducer, and drum assembly, it features a large chamber, high screening efficiency, and broad material adaptability. Screen apertures and dust suppression devices can be customized to meet client needs, ensuring environmental protection and durability.
Working Principle : The motor is connected to the drum assembly via a reducer, driving it to rotate around its axis. As material enters the drum, the inclination and rotation cause it to tumble and roll on the screen surface. Materials smaller than the screen aperture are discharged through the mesh, while larger materials are discharged from the end into the downstream process.
