Pro-Chem-Analytik - Model O2Tracer -Two-Wire Process Oxygen Analyzer
The O2Tracer is a two-wire process oxygen analyzer designed for precise measurement of oxygen concentrations at percentage levels. It utilizes a specialized fuel cell sensor that ensures high accuracy, sensitivity, and a long operational life, meeting stringent industrial demands. The O2Tracer's measurement range can be customized from 0 to 100% oxygen, with calibration options using ambient air or a selected calibration gas within this range. The instrument supports electrochemical measurement, displaying readings on an LCD with bar graph features, and operates with an output signal of 4-20 mA. It is suitable for various applications including gas analysis and moisture measurement, providing a reliable tool for industry professionals. Additional features include a dew point mirror range, adjustable for conditions between -20°C to +40°C and relative humidity up to 95%. The unit is powered by a 10-35V supply and is built with user-friendly operation in mind.
One User specific measuring range
The unit will offer with different ranges between 0 – 100% of oxygen.
Sensor
The O2Tracer uses a special fuel cell to measure the oxygen concentration. The sensor meets the industrial requirements for accuracy, sensitivity, easy to use and operating life.
Calibration
The calibration of the instrument for trace oxygen measurements in gas, should be done with a calibration gas. The concentration can be chosen freely within the measuring range. In the percent range the unit can
calibrated with air.
