TXAM - Model Batch Pro - Controller

The TXAM Batch Pro™ Pump Controller allows users to automatically dose chemicals accurately at a specific time rather than using the traditional chemical batch treatments from a treater truck. The Batch Pro™ Pump Controller has the ability to batch chemical treatment hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly. This system can be integrated into an operator's SCADA Network or the TXAM Pump Cloud™. Additional features include an actuated ball valve (ABV), stroke sensor, Real Time Clock & Calendar (RTCC) for accurately starting a batch at a specific date/time, and Modbus RTU (RS-485) or TCP/IP for remote control/monitoring. Optional equipment such as a tank level sensor, temperature probe, or cellular modem can be added when an order is placed or can be upgraded in the field as needed.
