SUPRATEC - Model HP2280 -UF Pressurized Module
The Supratec HP2280 UF Pressurized Module is designed for superior water and wastewater treatment applications. Featuring advanced hollow fiber technology, the module integrates a modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane on a robust carrier, offering a pore size of 0.03 µm. With a high design flux, the module minimizes required membrane surface area, enhancing efficiency and reducing installation footprint. The system can handle waters with high suspended solids and biologically treated effluents, maintaining excellent filtrate quality. Tolerant to a wide range of solids and exhibiting high specific flux, the membrane manages varying contaminants effectively. It is equipped with an air scour system for easy cleaning, even in high solid-content scenarios, and operates under minimal energy consumption. The modules support a dead-end flow, outside-in filtration method, withstanding a range of pH levels and high chlorine concentrations, ensuring durability and reliable performance.

Storage and Protection
Supratec UF Membrane Cassette should be stored in proper environment. Once the modules come in contact with water or put in use, they should never be stored dry. Typically for long-term shutdown (>7 days), the modules should be cleaned and immersed in proper solution. All cleaning, storage and operational procedures should be based on actual O&M manual provided by Supratec.
