4B - Universal Motion (UM) Separator System

The unique Universal Motion (UM) separator offers precise motion adaptation to the application, eliminating the need for separate machines. Circular, elliptical, and linear motions are easily adjustable. For the paper industry, the SWECO rectangular paper coating sauce separator filters ingredients, removing fibrous contaminants to reduce paper defects. Three types of rectangular separators are available for the pulp and paper industry: RM-CIP, UM-CIP, and V3-CIP. The UM-CIP offers adjustable circular, elliptical, or linear movements, producing high amplitudes and improved product feed. Available in three- or four-panel models for a 33% increase in active screen area.
