UV LED Systems
Ultralight AG UV LED Systems are LED-based, highpower UV light source for UV curing applications in the UVA wavelength range. The Ultralight AG UV-LED module is well suited for applications such as digital ink printing, screen printing, flexo printing, offset printing, and the curing of coatings, adhesives, glues, and varnishes.
Owing to their highly modular design, Ultralight‘s latest generation of UV LED systems can be customized down to the smallest detail, depending on the UV curing process and the installation requirements.
Our UV LED systems are available in wavelenghts of 365/385/395/405 nm, with outputs ranging from 1 to 20 W/cm². For peak irradiances of up to 10 W/cm², customers may choose between air or water cooling. At higher power levels, water cooling protects the high power LED chips and guarantees a long service life.
The light emitting window of the LED modules can be customized in both dimensions of length and width. Single modules can be joined seamlessly in the length dimension for covering larger irradiation widths.
Every module can be equipped with separate intelligent features and functions, depending on the specific requirements:
- Single LED monitoring
- Temperature monitoring with automatic shut-off
- Dimming, switch-on and switch-off for defined subsections within the LED array matrix
- Standard analog I/O or digital field bus links for setting and controlling the LED module functions
All UV LED systems can be powered with standard 48 VDC power supplies.
