Forum XP-1000 Elevators are hydraulically operated, center latch elevators. These elevators can be remotely operated from the drillers cabin or standalone control panel. Designed to handle 18° and 45° tool joint tapers with tubulars sizes ranging from 3 1/2“ – 6.906”, the XP-1000 load rating range is 1000 – 1250 tons, depending on taper angle.

Forum’s AMS elevator is a hydraulic, double door bushing type elevator with integral slips for handling tubulars between 2 3/8” – 17”. It’s unique pre-load feature provides a proximity signal to the driller, indicating that the slips have been positively set, avoiding false signals associated with pressure differential.
