These service reminder notices arrive in the weeks prior to a given pipette’s due date for re-calibration. This provides plenty of time to cycle the pipette out of service and arrange for its pickup or shipment to our calibration laboratory service center.
Each service reminder notice contains detailed information regarding:
- Which pipette needs calibration, including the pipette’s ID and serial number
