Once the calibrations are performed, we keep a log of calibration history for every client or hire unit so there will always be complete service history and traceability for the customer and any external regulatory authorities.
When using instrumentation for measurement of parameters in safety and process critical application e.g. pressure dewpoint, oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, oil mist, VOC, flow, particle content, bacteria, pressure, temperature, it is vital that the equipment used is calibrated and validated to a recognized standard and the uncertainty of measurement for each parameter is analysed in detail and stated on the calibration certificates.
Safewell provides equipment and instrumentation used to measure and manage the quality and efficiency of compressed air and other process applications. Safewell manages the life cycle calibration of many hundreds of units annually on behalf of its clients providing guaranteed measurement performance and return on investment.
The Safewell calibration process is embedded in our independently accredited ISO9001:2015 quality management system and has also been audited by leading companies in the pharmaceutical sector.
Increasingly, Safewell products such as the Air Purity Analyser Mk3 are being further developed to include self calibrating sensors and also to allow bump testing validation of measurement in the field by end users using calibration gas mixtures.
Safewell provides training and competence assurance of people involved in bump testing.
